In partnership with our sister hotel “Weisses Ross” in Marienberg our party horse gallops to your event and pampers your guests with a big variety of starters, main dishes and desserts from down-to-earth to classy. Even flying buffets and selected fingerfood-creations we love to realize for you and your guests up to 400 persons.

As Caterer we regularly look after renowned establishments like the Baldauf Villa in Marienberg, the Strobelmühle Pockau, the Villa Gückelsberg in Flöha, the Adventure Courtyard Sorgau, the Wolkenstein Castle, the Kraftwerk Saigerhütte and many other event locations within a radius of 30 kilometers around Marienberg and Seiffen – from Freiberg to Chemnitz, from Olbernhau to Zschopau. Also at company events of the world-famous angel manufactory Wendt & Kühn we inspire guests with our catering. At the special Event “Christmas with the Federal President” in the city hall Marienberg our Party-Ross ensured satisfied palates and happy guests. And of course we are also happy to come to your home!

For us Catering stands for a full service. That means: We deliver the complete menu, on your wish all drinks from soft drinks, wine and beer to tea- & coffee specialties to cocktails. For this we provide a generously calculated number of qualified service personnel coordinated by an experienced manager. Of course after the event we clean up, so you will be able to use your rooms as usual next day.
